Article 11: Access Restriction

The store may suspend, restrict, or terminate the consumer's access or membership at any time without prior notice.

Article 12: Governing Law

This agreement is subject to the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Suspending or invalidating any clause does not affect the remaining clauses.

This agreement represents the operational and contractual framework between the store and the consumer and may be updated periodically.

The Arabic version is the official reference for interpreting this agreement; any translation is for convenience only.

All prices are subject to change based on market conditions.

Promotional offers are temporary and may be modified or canceled at any time.

Both parties commit to complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Termination of this agreement requires an official decision by the store’s management.
